Product Terms/Returns

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Therefore please choose carefully. If an item arrives damaged, please email us hello@joelle.studio and we will organise a replacement for you. We do not offer refunds if a product arrives destroyed, we will simply replace it for you.

Shipping

Standard domestic shipping starts at $10 and is based on weight. All A4 prints are protected in a waterproof slip and non-bendable card backing. We offer trackable delivery through Australian Post. A tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout. We aim to pack orders within 2 to 3 days of ordering them. Delivery time frames are an indication however it is out of Joelle Studio’s control if there is a delay due to Australia Post. This timeframe is only an estimate.

Shipping options include: Standard shipping $10, Express post $15.

LOST PARCELS

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post. Please contact Australia Post immediately to rectify this issue. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Joelle Studio.
