+ How long will the total design process take?

Depending on the project, we recommend to allow about 4-6 weeks for service based businesses and 6-8 weeks for eCommerce websites. It also depends how prompt you are at supplying assets and copy, which make a big difference to the overall timeframe.

+ How much will website design and development services cost?

You will be given a quote to begin with.

+ I don't have any photos for my site, is this ok?

Yes! I can source imagery for you, otherwise I can recommend a photographer for you. It's always best having photos that are unique to your business, however if it isn't in the budget, don't worry!

+ What happens if I need work complete outside of the scope of work we agreed on?

All good! Any work that sits outside of the scope of work will be charged at my standard, hourly rate. And not to worry, I'll always notify you if this is the case.

+ How will I be able to access and see the first version of my site that is designed?

I will always introduce you to your new site with a video. I love getting on the video and leaving messages and updates to make life easier. Also, the first pass of your site (first version) will be sent to you as a secure log in so you can go through it thorougly. Or if we are working LIVE on your site, it will be as an unlinked page at the bottom of your pages. But don't worry. I'll show you in the video where to access these links, and send you the details via email.

+ Outside of the web design fees, what are the other costs involved?

On my behalf, nada! But just like any website platform, to launch your Squarespace site, you will need to pay a monthly (or yearly if you prefer) fees for hosting. You'll also need to purchase a domain and if you'd like a personalised email, this is usually an add on. But because I'm a Squarespace Circle Member you will receive a 20% discount off your first year. Yipee.
